Boehringer Ingelheim in Eastern Europe
Boehringer Ingelheim is present in Central Eastern Europe since end of 1960's. In 1976 management of Central and Eastern European pharmaceutical markets was transferred from Germany to Vienna, Austria. Success of managing the business in Central and Eastern Europe through Boehringer Ingelheim RCV GmbH & Co KG is a result of close cooperation with colleagues in local countries.
Tasks and goals are:
- Entering pharmaceutical markets in Central and Eastern Europe
- Development of local organizations and structures
- Distribution of scientific medical information
- Planning and organization of clinical trials
- Registration, introduction and promotion of Boehringer Ingelheim brands and products in Central and Eastern European markets
